As a Business Development Manager you will create, develop and implement relationships with strategic partners to meet sales targets. You may use licensing agreements, joint ventures and partnerships to maximize revenues potential. The role includes development and execution of a strategy to create joint value propositions which increases sales activities in the Region. Your market focuses on outsourcing / hosting. For this position a strong understanding of Storage products and services, in combination with excellent negotiation skills are important. As Business development Manager you will manage the on-going relationship with the partners, drive the strategy for business development with selected partners, evaluate program trends and leverage partner's solutions and resources within the sales organization. Business development collaborates with the field marketing organization to plan, deliver and manage an effective communication and demand generation campaign for each partner across the region.

The Business Development Manager has
- excellent knowledge of hosting, outsourcing, software as a service and managed services business.
- strong verbal and written communications skills
- 8 to 12 years of experience in the EMEA System Integrator Market with a focus in Hosting/Outsourcing
- the ability to work collaboratively with employees within department and across functions/regions and you understand how technology products and solutions solve business problems
- a University Degree or equivalent related experience
- experience which demonstrates a significant level of expertise in financial, business and technical aspects to sell storage solutions
The Business Development Manager effectively works with, and influences senior external and internal personnel within the function and is able to operate and drive results independently. |
